At Solace Wellness, we strive to offer our clients the best experience and ensure that our services are available to all who seek them. We kindly request that clients observe the following cancellation policies:

24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% chargeof the service fee.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for an appointment without prior notice will be charged thefull service fee.

Late Arrival: Arriving late may reduce your treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Package Sessions: For clients with multi-session packages, please note that missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a reduction of one session from your package.
